Just pick the rough category — it does not affect your rate, which is calculated from size, weight and route. Only spell out the exact goods when they are special (fragile, high-value, oversized, irregular-shaped, overweight, etc. — the list is not complete), so we can flag handling notes and insurance. For special cargo (batteries, flammable liquids, etc.), ask customer service first whether and how it can ship — see the special cargo notes.

Transparent pricing: the rate is an all-in freight price, delivered direct to your destination. Please select any additional services when you order; charges for services not selected but actually incurred during transport will be added after delivery. Final weight, dimensions and freight class follow actual measurement at pickup; if they differ from the declaration, the final freight is re-rated on the measured figures. Surcharges — redelivery, appointment delivery, inside delivery, storage when no one is there to receive the freight, dry run, detention waiting, pickup liftgate, delivery liftgate, residential address delivery, reconsignment, oversize difference, pallet rework and the like — are not included in the all-in rate; when they occur they are borne by the customer and may be deducted from the linked bank account or account balance, with an email notice sent after the deduction and full detail on your order page.
